Did you leave all of the mods on the departing tractor? if so...they sure got a good deal.And if you did, will you redo them for the new tractor?

Thanks. Yes the 4240 will be living about 5 miles from me when she leaves.

No the mods that were done are all removed from the 4240 and will be re-installed on the 5740. The 4240 is back exactly as it was when I first got it only cleaner. I do have three more mods in the works for the 5740 that weren't on the 4240. Other than that it will be hard to see the difference unless you know the Grand L's really well Anyone who has a Grand L will really be interested in one of the mods

Thanks Matt. Now that the car is completed I can concentrate on getting the new tractor home and working on it. Lots of work to set it up as you know but in this case I have time on my side :thumbsup:

Thanks. The guy who purchased it didn't even come to look at it but he knows it's a good as new machine. Your a good shot. You just hit the bulls eye. :thumbsup: That's one of the new mods. Had some "Special" hardware show up for it this past week. Thanks for posting.

Here's a few more photo's I snapped today while at the dealership. The boys said it would be done next week but I told them I'm in no rush so it's up to them. I only use it for snow clearing and there's no snow in the forecast until October
I'm going with the rear wheel weights. Each one weighs 180 lbs. It also gets the 3rd function valve set up installed.

I like those wheel weights. I keep meaning to get down to the dealer to price them out but haven't made it yet. I'm going to have to soon though as I need to decide to either fill the tires or go with weights.
