Thomas & Jinman,

My first order of business is building a barn to house my equipment, etc. Then I need to build a bridge and home.

I plan on planting trees -- probably a mixure of pines & hardwoods that I will later sell/transplant during my retirement years.

This parcel is 50 acres and was once part of a 250 acre farm. The weird property lines are based on road, stream, neighboring farm, etc.

I've pulled up aerial photos of our place on both terra server and mapquest. The terra server is more comprehensive (more ground coverage), but the mapquest photos are higher resolution and usually more recent.

The mapquest photo of our place, we could actually make out my wife's bronze-colored van in our driveway! /w3tcompact/icons/shocked.gif
