Advice on manual

I have a John Deere 1070 in need of a clutch.I think I want to tackle the job myself.But I need a Very good manual. Preferably on disc..Does anyone have advice on which one to use

Deere factory manual on CD-ROM costs about 50 bucks. Dfinitely a worthwhile purchase!

The aftermarket manuals leave much to be desired so beware of them.

I am looking for the same information. I would appreciate any help. I have ordered the I&T repair manual, but still waiting for it. I looked up the JD tech repair manuals and it was about $170.00. The chairwoman of the board shot that idea down!!

That $170 was probably for the printed copy. The CD-ROM cost me about $50 (in 2001 or 2002).
