Advice on 5040,6040

Hi,
I am new to this forum. I am thinking about buying one of these the 5040,6040 and 7040 I will be mowing some steep hillsides the 7040 seems tall and may not be stable on a hillside so I was thinking that I should go with the 5040 and 14.9 x 24" rims what do you think.
Also I live in east Tenn. (Smoky Mountains) does anybody know of a dealer that will give me a good price on a tractor?
Also what is the difference between the shuttle that comes on the 5040 and the hydr. shuttle?

Call Corriher Tractor in Lenoir, NC he will deliver to you. The Salesman I deal with is Monte Coffe and he is great. 1-828-758-5506 I believe is the number I have bought an M6800, an RTV and a F3680 from him. Tell him John Edwards told you to call. You will have luck here. I believe the difference in a hydraulic shuttle is you do not have to push the clutch in when using it. je
