Adjusting Kioti RX7320PC Lower Links

I have a 2015 Kioti 7320 and want to adjust one of the lower links to level my brush hog side-to-side. Looking at the 3PH from the back, the lower link has an adjustment lever that raises or lowers the link. The other lower link does NOT have the lever nor any way that I can see to raise or lower it. Is this lower link supposed to raise or lower when I use the lever on the other lower link to raise or lower it?

Its just like every other tractor you only adjust one side to level it.
