I would bite the bullet and buy a new one ( I’m good at spending other people’s money) but at the least take it to a rad shop

Are radiator shops really still a thing? I dont think I've seen one in years, not that I've really looked.

Honestly, we kinda bad mouth these polymer rad tanks, but they probably last longer than a soldered brass one?

About 40 yrs ago, my little brother on leave came down with a borrowed car from a girlfriend. Can't remember the make/model I guess cause he only brought me the radiator. The radiator was coming apart at the seams so to speak, several long splits in the sections. A new/used radiator was out of the question neither of us could afford that. I had all the stuff and brazed it back together he finished his trip down and drove it back to Masschooooses.

I'll take a jbweld job over that any day took minutes vs hours the other way and having to pressure test afterwards and finding new spots. Granted it was different circumstances. Today I think I would just buy a bunch of jbweld and do all the seams, then pressure test it.

I am a firm believer in JBweld products so far. Never seen it not do what I expected it to do.
