Adding Trans Hydro Fluid

Well Finaly got a tractor, its a Shibuara SD1840. Anyway I changed all the fluid in it before starting heavy use and when I changed the Trans Hydro Fluid I refilled it in the Rear port over the diff. Well seems like the trans is whining more than before wondering If I should have put half in the rear and half in the front fill port? Thanks Jray
