Well, I was Googling for info on hand held brush cutters to clear a steep hillside, and I came across this articulated "monster" from Kershaw. It looks so awesome, I had to share it {HERE} and its "little" brother {HERE}

Those things are huge. I wonder what size of trees the big one will take down, since they had to build a framework around the cab to keep them from falling on it...

They look to be single-purpose machines, however. Meanwhile a recent post on the Toolcat forum says Bobcat is coming out with a smaller version of the Toolcat, more appropriate for homeowner use.... A Toolcat would be neat, but I don't plan on spending that amount of $$ on the garage, much less on a tool to store in it....

Yikes, that thing is POWERFUL and HUGE! I can hear my 180 wimpering in the shed from here!

Although 225 HP at 24,500 lbs leaves even the 180 at a better power to weight ratio! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif And the 4xx series is even better!
