Can I replace my original ag tires with turf tires or???? without changing the rims?

Would like something that is not so agressive on my yard.

The turf tires for the 955 are quite a bit wider and the R1's. You will need different wheels for the turf tires.

I was hoping that someone made tires to fit my wheels. That's a bummer

You probably could find tires to fit your existing wheels, but they would be quite narrow. That would defeat the purpose of having turf tires. Turfs are very wide to provide a large foot print and drastically reduce the pressure the contact patch imparts on the ground. They, in essence, "float" on top of the turf. The narrow tires would likely rut the heck out of your lawn. The wider tires need a wider wheel.

After pricing wheels and turf tires :shocked: I made a decision to try and swap/trade the tractor.


Had a trade going on a 855. The guy looked at my tractor and bought it.
