I just put the water pump back on now for the second time. 
The first time my dealer put a rebuild kit in it (seal & bearing) and it was fine for 35-40 hours then started leaking again. Took it back off and delivered it to my dealer who said the seal had somehow became loose and moved letting it leak once again. He was very good about it and replaced the seal at N/C but said if it leaks again it will take a new pump at $200 to fix it. . Anyone else out there having any water pump issues with a 7610?
