750 running issue

My 750 is dying out after about 30 minutes of use consistently. I am able to get it started after but I have to bleed the fuel lines fully.

The outlet that goes from the filter bowl assembly to the injector pump was loose so I zip tied it in please to keep it from moving.

Is that outlet plug supposed to have an Oring on it?
The fuel bowl filter has been changed, air filter has been changed as well.

Any recommendations?

Your Yanmar, oh yeah, Yanmar in green paint is about 40 years old. A few things to check,
- Check the hose from the tank to the fuel filter connection for cracks or leaks.
- the fuel bowl itself develops micro cracks.
Will not leak, maybe seep a little over weeks. Yet when the fuel suction happens, air is pulled into the system.
- clean the fuel bowl o-ring and a clean gland seal surface. A new o-ring is a must on each 3rd fuel filter change.
- The shut-off lever seal can go bad allowing air to be pulled in.

If there is trapped air in the lines, this is the go to procedure to bleed a Yanmar fuel system.
