Loader 75 ford 4000 with 735 loader

I having left front wheel bearing problem, have replaced left front bearings 4 times , the cotter key shears and nut backs off until bearings eat them selves up.Only happens on left front, I have replaced the spindle once. still having same problem, use mostly for mowing large yard, is the loader to heavy for the tractor?

did you replace the race with the bearing or only the bearing.

Is the spindle scored where the bearing sits and is there a keyed washer between the bearing and castle nut? Are you using a good quality cotter pin (not Harbor Freight) and is it the largest pin that will fit through the hole?

Yes , replaced both bearings & races

You're probably putting too much preload on the bearings.
