6lead worm?

My professional 8 has 6 lead on the hood. What does.this.mean?

Hi! I know only Gravely L model. They are on L standard one 8 Lead worm give 4 mph at 2728 rpm or 2 mph at 1364 rpm. On LI one 6 lead worm give 3 mph at 2728 rpm or 1.5 mph at 1364 rpm And on LS one 4 lead worm give 2 mph at 2728 rpm or 1 mph at 1364 rpm. I think on the newer model they are only one lead worm standard. Good Luck! Oldmech

My Pro 8 and Pro16 have stickers on the side that say 8 lead.

You have the modern equivalent of a LI. It will be slower ground speed.
