6420 transmission issue

After working the tractor for a while it takes about 100 feet to stop in forward after pressing the clutch or throwing it in neutral. Reverse stops but when u let of the clutch there is no smooth takeoff, just takes off like you popled the clutch. Forward is not as bad but still aint good. Sometimes when you back up and grow it in neutral it acts like its taking off forward like its in reverse and forward at the same time

Sounds like a hydraulic leak on a o-ring in the clutch pack.
