Sounds to me like it's lacking PAG oil and the compressor seized. Warranty?

Sorry first time user….. ac runs gets cold then belt starts squealing. Clutch locks up after running a few minutes.

In that case the evaporator is freezing up and needs cleaned. You ever clean it?

Actually, clean the condenser which will be under the hood and in front of the radiator and clean the radiator as well. I use Dawn dish wash detergent in a spritz bottle mixed with water after blowing them out with compressed air (at less than 50 psi because high pressure air will deform the fins. I actually clean everything under the hood every day I use the tractors with a battery powered blower (I use a Harbor Freight Bauer, hand held 20 volt blower). Cheap and work quite well.
Then clean the evaporator (don't know where yours is located at), mine is over my head, under the removable roof.
