580c case power shuttle problem

i have a 580c case and the problems is the engine and power shuttle were replaced with remans last summer.the other day i fired it up and it went forward great but reverse acts like either brakes are on or sluggish but if you let off the throttle it stop like slamming the brakes but there not engaged it acts like it my be trying to pull forward i checked the valve control and linkage but is all working and going into proper position ??? any help would be greatly appreciated and i have changed the fluid and etc like recomended

it doesnt pull forward but act like its in another gear it has the torque converter style power shuttle
and i have already removed the valve control from the top rear of the power shuttle
