5740C A/C not draining

FYI....All Cab Tractors

I was bushogging yesterday with the A/C blowing nice and cool when all of a sudden, my lap was covered in about 12 oz of water.

I finally remembered where the drain lines for the A/C were located.(underneath the rear fenders above the tires.)

Sure enough, all three were plugged by mud-dabber nest.
I took a piece of wire and ran up each one, lots of water came out of the two large ones.

All is well now with the A/C, thought for a minute there I was going to have to finish in a closed cab with no A/C.

Mud daubers can get everywhere can't they.

I use screen over the ends and a zip tie .... that keeps them out.

Thanks! I need to check out my 5740C lines then too. Those mud dobbers are driving me nuts this year! I like bluerivers idea of a screen and zip ties too. Think I'll do just that!
