I am trying to find a used power flow bagger for my GX345 with a 54C mower deck. Does anyone here know which bagger will fit it ? Does it have be from another 54C mower ? Will one from another model tractor fit as long as it is a 54C mower deck ? Would one from a 48C mower deck fit ?
Thank you for any help.

It needs to be from a 54C deck, and not the previous 54" deck. It cannot be from a 48" deck because the discharge openings are two different sizes. The bagger assembly is interchangeable, but not the chute from the blower to the hopper. they are a "cut to fit" deal, and once they are cut, they only work on that size deck. The hooper frame/top can be from any 325/335/345/355 or the following GX series 300 machines.

These are all part of the blower/bagger from a GX335 with the 54C deck that I had. I have sold them since.

It's a shame that the bagger for the 48c deck won't work because I've got one I would have made you a heckuva deal on. I don't use it and it's taking up space in my garage.

Measure your discharge openings to verify that they are different ----- some blowers will work with both 54 and 48 inch decks.

I am wondering if it would fit if I can buy a new housing for the blower

I know for sure they are different. The opening on the 54" is much longer.

You'd have to basically gut the incorrect blower, and re-install everything inside the correct housing, and I would bet big bucks Deere will soak you badly on the price of that housing (if you can even do the swap), plus there is the issue of belt lengths and pulley locations on the blower itself for the blower fan drive system.

You're far better off watching CK for the correct one. They come up on there fairly often (except for when it's what you are looking for LOL). That's where I sold mine. A guy from somewhere in central Indiana came all the way up and bought it.

The opening on my 54c deck is roughly 14 1/4 inch from front to back.
Poopdeck Pappy what does your 48c measure ?

Here is a link to the blowers parts specs-

54C-

John Deere - Parts Catalog

48C-

John Deere - Parts Catalog

The fan housings part#'s are AM133425 for the 54C, AM133424 for the 48C.

The drive belts are two different part #'s and two different styles of belt (V vs flat), the drive sheaves are two different part #'s, the mounting rod that the blowers hang on are two different part #'s, and so on. A lot of the parts are the same, but a lot are totally different for each size deck.

Just to add to this in case anyone is looking for interchangeable bagger parts - I have been in need for a new hopper assembly for my unit. GX335 with 48c deck. Has a new powerflow unit but the hopper is damaged and leaves blow out all over the place. In researching I've found that the hopper assembly part numbers match on x3**, lt1**, gt2**, gx3**, lx2** series mowers. There may be more but I haven't looked further. It has to be the hinged opening style where the blower tube entrance to the hopper is fixed, doesnt move with the hopper when you open for dumping. You may have to swap mounting brackets at the base but the top should swap perfectly. Used non-powerflow baggers are a lot cheaper to find and use if your hopper is damaged, often $150 or less for the whole system, JD gets $179 for half of the hopper!!!

Hope that helps and wasn't too confusing. I'll try to find pictures of the different systems for clarity.
