5103 won't turn over.

I left the ignition switch on. After charging the battery, the tractor won't turn over. When I jump across the starter relay, it turns over. I changed out the starter relay, still does the same thing. Battery, alternator, and starter/solenoid are good. Any ideas?

Check neutral start switch for continuity? Do you have pto OFF?

I have attached the start system wiring diagram for the 5103. As already suggested I would check the PTO and neutral start switch.

Must likely not the problem, but it would not hurt to check the fuses.
