On a L3240hst how hard is it to remove the hydraulic, HST & oil filters?
What type of filter wrench/tool do you reccomend to get these filters on & off without causing any damage? Clearances are pretty close especially on the HST & Oil Filters.

Thanks,

A rubber strap wrench makes filter removal a piece of cake. In a pinch you can use an old power steering belt and a pair of vice grips to approximate the strap wrench, but you won't be able to swing it in close quarters like you can with the real McCoy.

I just used a regular auto filter wrench.
The hydro filters are large and the engine oil filter is a bit smaller. It's very easy, just like changing a car filter. Nothing in the way to damage other then maybe your knuckles if you slip!

The rubber strap wrench looks like what I need, none of my auto filter wrenches open up enough to fit around the Hydro filter.
