On my 3035 it's behind the right rear wheel. There are 3 or 4 bolts holding on a cover plate, then pull out the suction screen. This service item is detailed in the owners manual. A PDF version is available here: http://www.amjawa.com/Specifications/Century_Tractor_Manual.pdf

I think that manual is better than the Branson for some reason? So I printed it! My manual has no info on the 3pt or draft controle either?

Thanks, I don't think I will change the hydraulic fluid as yet, as I lost 5 gallons when a branch knocked the main hose off.
