FWIW, based on my own experience, your NX4510 will handle a fully-loaded 7' box blade nicely. Ditto a 7' rear "snow" blade. The Woods BSM84 BB that I was thinking of (and which I have) is 84", 750 lbs.

I知 hopping that you guys have better success with your Hydro NX4510. Mine spent more time in the shop the last 6 month than on my Farm. I have traded it in for a NX5510 gear with the hope that the Extra Horsepower will pay dividends!
Maybe my 4510 was a lemon I hope that痴 the case. An any rate I知 still with the Pack

My new tractor finally came in. I already put 2 hours on it removing some stumps and it made quick work of them. The backhoe likes 2500 RPM's to work fast and smooth. My boy (14 yo) said that we are going to name it George.

Congrats on the new tractor! Aside from a persistent hydro issue, mine has been pretty good to work with.

I found a used heavy duty box blade made out of 3/8 plate and some 1/2 steel plate on FB Marketplace for $500. Believe it was made by Armstrong Ag. It's pretty stout! Most of the box blades they want to sell you at the dealerships these days are 1/4 plate/tubing...call them "standard duty". You can usually find a good deal if you look around and aren't in a hurry.
