Just priced out a 4710 with an FL 3522 Loader, deluxe cab, 12x12 transmission, Radials, set of forks. I am also trading in a JD 4020 67 gas which they are giving me 8k for. After trade they want 64,500.00. I cannot seem to get everything I want. I really want the Dyna 2 transmission and viso roof, with the FL loader. However, I found the tractor somewhere else with the Dyna2 and Viso roof but it has the 931x loader, and they are at 67,500 after trade and no forks. Wondering the thoughts on price. Thanks in advance.

Even though there seems to be a lot more inventory on the lots I think it’s still pretty strongly a sellers market. Bird in the hand and all.

Last November: 4710, 931X loader, Dyna 2 Trans, 34" rear wheels, delivered $61,500

The 931X loader is more than capable of sending a tractor of this size to its limits and beyond without damaging itself.

My dealer was unable to even order a 4707 with the dyna2 last I checked. Not sure if it's just backordered to hell or what but I had to go to another dealer to get one with dyna2.

I just bought a 4707, and the dealer priced me a 4710 with FL loader, 12 speed, 3 remotes, bucket, etc..... $90k.

I didn't want a DEF machine anyways and don't need that much power, but I was much more comfortable with the pricing on the 4707.

IMO, the FL loader is worth every penny. Smooth controls, strong performance, soft-ride built in, and pre-plumbed for a 3rd function. Glad I got one on my 4707.

I was just quoted $72k on a 4710, cab/loader/3 remote/12speed. Been on lot for over a year. Another dealer quoted $75k. That one has air seat.

I have the 931X loader on my 4707. It was something like $4,000 more to upgrade it to the better loader. When I asked why it's better, I was told that the ride was smoother when driving with a load of dirt. It's supposed to be more heavy duty too.

In the year and a half that I've had it, I think it's more then enough for what I do. Basically pick up some dirt and put it in a hole after removing a stump. I also use it to clean up manure and pile it up for future use. And I've used it to feed round bales to my animals.

My bigger issue is that I didn't get rear wheel weights and when I have a full bucket in front, my rear tires want to come off the ground. I'm going to build a rear ballast box to deal with this. I guess with the more expensive loader, you will need more weight in the rear. It's super tippy when going down hill. Even a slight down hill and a full bucket is tippy.

Eddie do you not have fluid in your rear tires? I know my tires are a little bigger on the 5711 but the fluid adds about 1800lb. I do have wheel wights(about 200 each side) but the tire ballast is key.
On the loaders. The 900 series are really great loaders(alo-quicke built), the “upgraded” flXXXX loaders(new Asian company built)are great. The equivalent 900 vs fl series capacity is only a few 100 pounds, it’s when you go to self leveling on each that you see huge capacity increase. The 941x vs the 946x(self leveling) is substantial.

i have 23 hr on my tractor and it is by far my favorite tractor…all though i’ve only had 2 others. A massey 471, a massey 4345(for 20 years)..so i dont have much to compare It to as far as ownership..but i like it a lot. Ordered the front fenders and the remote caps that have drains in them. The new will wear off but the advancement of subtle tractor tech makes a big difference, especially 20 years of advancement. Actually look forward to feeding…
