4707 platform price

I just went to my local dealer to get an idea on the price of a 4707 platform 12x12 with FL3615 loader. It was $40,200 before tax and rebates. ($6500 cash rebate and $3500 finance rebate) he said the agco system was down so he went off of a printed price list, does that seem too cheap? He didn’t have one in stock but said he had 2 on order.
