4630 Deluxe remotes

Having some issues with the remotes on my 4630 and want to see if i can get some insight before I tear things apart. I use one remote to run a FEL. It is basically turned on all the time. We never needed the other remote until we recently hooked up a round baler. When activating the second remote its almost like it is sending pressure to both ports at the same time and wont open the bale chamber. (baler works correctly).
It seems to do this on either pair of remotes with or without the loader hooked up. Im trying to figure out if i need to tear into the remotes or one of the other parts on the tractor and look for stuck/ dirty components.

Have you looked a safety catch or pin in the baler?

yes. the baler works perfect when attached to a different tractor. Its not a problem that is specific to the baler, any hydraulic implement that is attached to the remotes do not work properly.

Seems to me if the remote valve(s) had a problem the supply and return for the loader valve should have the same "pressure to both sides" issue you think you have with the baler. Have you compared the male coupler noses on baler to the ones for the loader valve that work?

I would attach a quick coupler and short hose to the tractors couplers one at a time and check for flow for a quick shot. If good then I'd make a loop and see what the would do when when coupled to the remote.
Do you know if you have the open or closed center hydraulics?
