46 BH Experience

Anyone have any experience with the 46 BH on a 4110/4115 yet? Looking to put one on a 4110 or go with a new set-up on a 4115 or B7500.

I have a 46 on my 4100. It's a subframe hoe so it takes more time and effort to install/remove than the 47 or 48. I got the 46 because I already had the 4100 and did not want to upgrade the tractor at this point so it was my only option. If you're looking to upgrade your tractor and get a BH go for something bigger like a JD4310 with a 47 or Kubota 2910. I have the standard 9 inch bucket, it digs fine but can push the tractor around quite a bit. The entire 3 point hitch and all MMM quicktach hardware has to be removed when the BH is attached. I also have a 46 BH on the back of my 4110. It amazes what you can get done with this BH.I have dug out 14" oak and black cherry stumps, granted it takes awhile (the oak stump took about 90 minutes) but seat time is play time. It will whip the tractor around if your not carefull. I like mine and would buy it again. I tried Kubota`s BH on their BX2200 and the 46 works circles around the Bota, granted the BX2200 is a smaller tractor than the 4110 but deere does not make one for the 2210 so that was my comparison. I`m not bashing Kubota either, I think the BX2200 is to small for a BH and I think Deere thought the 2210 was also.
