4540 safety switch

I have a 2019 Mahindra 4540 and every time i go to start it i have to manually work the hi/lo shift lever to get it to start. It is getting frustrating as it seems to be getting more finicky by the day.
Is there a way to bypass the switch ?

Not really. I would rather bypass it.

Looks like a normal 2 wire switch. Just don't kill yourself or drive the tractor through the wall.

I will do that. Bypass it not drive it thru a wall. Grew up running 8n's and other Tractors in the 70's. This should not be a problem.

Where did you find the switch? I have a 4530 and think I have same issue, just can't find the switch. I'm speculating now it is under the cover located on the floor between my feet.
