OK a little more homework and I think I have decided on the 4500 as opposed to the 5210. I have 25 acres and want to thin out the cedars but there is still a lot of good oak and I am affraid that the 5210, though a bigger, heavier tractor, might be too big to get around through the trees. Plus, I am told that many attachments are more expensive for the 5210. I have a price on the 4500 4WD w/ pwrreverser, JD 460 loader, and JD 613MX rotary mower for $22000. The dealer says that this is 4% over cost.
