Bill, there are others with the L4330 HST. I think it is a perfect tractor for many folks considering the L30 series. It is the most affordable of the LA 853 loader usable units. It was one I really thought hard about yet even my L3830 was bigger then my original idea of having a L3130. The LA 853 has one very desireable ability over the LA723, higher loading height. I can always deal with less load lift, but lift height is tough to overcome. If you ever load tall trailers or dumpsters, you will really appreciate the extra height.

I don't have the HST, I've got the L4330 with the FST (DT) transmission. It's a great tractor. I didn't get the FEL yet, but will probably add that at some point. Rat's research into the L4330 and points made on other threads regarding the L4330's large increase in torque, larger FEL capability and beefed up front-end compared to the smaller L30 series tractors helped me make the decision to go with the L4330 even though he ultimately chose the L3830. I'm sure you will enjoy your new toy. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Those are the reasons I chose the 4330. The front axle was a big deciding factor as I snapped a front wheel off my cousins 3250 doing some demo.years ago.
I need to weld a hand control on the HST pedal today so I can use it (i am paralized from the waist down) .. Then I can put her to work .. Bill
