4310 won't start

It started then died. We had a hard rain so I drained the fuel filter bowl since this has happened before. Now it will not start. if I leave the bowl loose it tries to run and when I tighten it , it does nothing.

Any help is appreciated, thanks, Dennis

"With the bowl loose it tries to run"...Sounds like I would start with a new fuel filter. It seem to try to run when you are letting fuel past the filter.

It sounds like you have air and or water in the fuel system. You can't have any air in the system. Read the manual on purging air in the fuel line.
