4310 w/ 59 blower question

I just hooked up the front 59 blower on my 4310 and noticed it will only lift 2 inches off the ground in the full up position. Is that right?

My question is how high should it lift off the ground?

It should lift at least 6" off the ground. I know winter comes early in the great white north but aren't you pushing it a little

Yea, it is early but I spent so **** much money on this blower I just cannot look at it in non operational condition.

Anyways it turned out that the blower gear box on the tractor side was not rotated and bolted in the correct position. To work with my tractor 4310 the pto shaft must be in the downward most position otherwise the lift arms cannot be fully extended upwards. The blower must have been used on a different model tractor.
