Stopped by a JD dealer today and they had a 4310 and a 4410
on the lot, got a price on the 4310 of $16600, how does this sound??

As a John Deere dealer, the price seems fair. It would be about the price I would sell one for, but maybe you can squeeze a few more $$$ off the price.

How much off could you get if you lose the mid pto?
And what do the other options do (motion, etc.)?

Deleting the mid-pto might save you $250. But if you think you might need this down the road, I'd keep it because it will cost about 2x that to field install it.
