Does the 4310 have enough power to pull a 7 foot chisel plow with a landscape rake attached.

Welcome to the forum.

Does it have the power? Sure, depending on how deep and how fast you go and what the soil is like. At some point though, you will run out of power. Now that is not a very good answer, granted, but as close as I could come. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

I have the JD4300 and am pleased with the power it has, although would like a bit more (always need more power). /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

7 foot chisel plow

<ul type="square"> [*] It is normally pulled at 4 mph and requires 10 hp per shank and good tire traction to operate it. Shanks are spaced 12" apart
[/list]

If this is the same thing, no.
