My 4310 ehydro jumps when you press foward or reverse. It has plenty of oil. Any thoughts?

What do you mean by "jumps"? Does it lurch forward or backwards when you touch the applicable pedal?
Is this a new machine for you? If so, you might just be pressing the pedal too hard initially.

I think my hydraulic suction screen is stopped up. Jumps= goes two feet then stops then goes another two feet then stops
