4120 prices

Id like to compare prices w/ anyone who has or is in the process of buying a 4120 w/ loader, HD bcuket & PS transmission. The price I have so far (in WA) for this setup is $24800. The dealer did acknowledge there *might* be some leeway for negotiation but this price was about as good as he could do. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif So, Im wondering how much leeway is in this price. I think his cost here is going to be more just b/c of transportation costs. However, all else should be the same I think. What do you think? Im certainly not trying to scalp him on price but Im sure not interested in over paying either. I could go into implement prices he gave but for now getting some idea on the tractor price is most important.

Hi Jim,

I just went through all the quoting routine and finally found a good dealer and bought a 4320. I did get a good quote on a 4120 though.

Here's what I came up with:

JD 4120, HST, 4WD...$19,500.00
JD 400X Front End Loader...$3,400.00
Upgrade to HD Bucket...$250.00

Good luck and hang in there. Try to find a dealer with low overhead. A dealership with a non-working owner and expensive location is going to have to charge more.

Thanx...the quote I got is 24800 for a PS (not the hydro), loader and hd bucket. The dealer did mention he had some room to bargain. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
