4020 John Deere tractor

Hello I just purchased a 4020 John Deere tractor to use just for shredding and it runs great but noticed when you install shredder on back of tractor and start working it the 3 point hookup starts going down on it's own I can pick it back up but it works it's way down by itself any ideas thanks. rwelder
