A friend has about 1 acre of land that he wants to rough up a bit to plant some grass and grain seeds. He has access to a 4 wheeler as a puller of some sort of implement. Any suggestions for a cheap sort of contraption or object that he can pull behind the vehicle to do the job? Rain in the area washes the seeds otherwise.
I'm thinking some sort of board with large nails through it plus some weight on top - or equivalent.
The land is mostly free of vegetation and rocks.
