Got the third service kit and want to install. Has anyone done it on a 4*20 series without removing the right rear tire. Mine are loaded and I dont want to mess with removing them if not needed. Instructions say to remove, but looks like can be done without it. If they have to be removed, probably pay the dealer to do it. Didnt want to get half way into project and get stuck.

Thanks in advance.

I haven't done it on a 4*20...
But removing the loaded tire should not scare you, just use your head and go slow. Only jack up the tractor just enough to take the weight off the tire and then remove the lugnuts, then use the jack to carefully adjust the hieght of the tractor till the tire can be just rolled away, there is no need to try to lift the tire! Try to have a place that you can lean the tire so you do not have to lay it down, and a secong person help also.

Oh, and it's called a SCV (Selective Control Valve) or more simply just a rear remote, not "service"

I, like Kenny, did it on my 4010. You have to remove one of the rear wheels on it (and probably Kenny's 4110) to get to the hydraulic filter.

I put a floor jack underneath one side of the drawbar and jacked the rear wheel until barely off the ground. Actually, loosen the lug bolts first, like you would on a car, then jack up. Remove lugs and carefully roll the wheel out of the way, leaning it against something, but mostly upright until you've finished what you need to do to get to the stuff it was in the way of.

If the drawbar doesn't work on the 4*20 to lift it, I guess you'll need one of those taller jacks to lift it underneath the axle housing out to the side.

*Update*

I was able to install it with out removing right rear tire. Wasn't all that difficult really, just had to be more creative. Definately easier than removing that tire. Didnt have to mess with hydraulic filter at all. Maybe for your kit it was different.
