I've mostly finished my 3pt sprayer project and thought I'd share some photos of it.

It's a 230 gallon tank. The frame is home made for category II. The pump is a typical roller style PTO pump that will put out 12GPM at 100PSI.

I wanted to be able to use it in different configurations, so I made my own "quick-tach" system. The only attachment I've made so far is for a hose reel. I made it large enough for someone to stand on (that's hand rail to hang on) so I could go around wetting down grass before burning my brush piles (or for putting out that grass fire!).

I got all my stuff at Wylie Sprayer in Waco, Texas. They were a big help.

The mounting plate for the control deck is bolted on so I can expand and change it if needed. I have two manual valves. When I build the spray boom, I'll add a couple of electronic solenoids. This is a manifold type set up that can be expanded by adding "sandwitching" additional valves. The small line at the end with the ball valve allows you to have a high pressue agitator line if you crack the ball valve open a bit.

Gary that's one serious sprayer! Gotta love your quick attach system too. Nice work, thanks for sharing those great shots.
