3pt mower storage wheels

I have always enjoyed any ideas that simplify storage and mounting of implements. Built these wheel units to clamp on the edge of my 5' Woods mower . Makes it easier to hook up as you can just move it to the tractor . Also makes it nice to just roll over in a corner or out of the way. Found some cheap trailer axle stubs with hubs and a cheap set of boat trailer tires and wheels . Made them to mount inside the deck so it doesn't take up any extra width.

Neat idea. I assume this is a rough cut mower? What size tires are these to clear the underside of the deck in height?

When I stored the cutter on the concrete floor, I just put a car dolly under each front corner. Yes, it made attaching/removal from tractor very easy.

I have used snow plow dollies in the past . To many times had the mower slide off and drop down when on any thing other than a smooth concrete surface. These tires are 4.80/4.00x8 and between them and the tail wheel I can roll it most any where with minimal effort.

Good idea - I like those. Simple and single purpose so when you want your dolly to move something it is not under a tractor implement. I made a similar thing with casters so I could roll around and store my heavy chipper in a crowded corner. They just slide into the square tube frame.
