3pt lever hard to work

2018 MX5200 with 400 hrs. The rear 3pt raise/lower lever is ridiculously hard to operate. Seems to be getting worse. Makes small adjustment and smooth operation difficult.
What am I missing? Thanks in advance

There should be a friction adjustment for the 3 pt lever. Flow the 3 pt lever all the way down. You should see a double nut (#130 and #120) set up. If you loosen that up slightly, it will reduce the friction on the lever.

#290 is the friction disc.
#110 are spring washers to keep pressure on the friction disc
#60 is the shaft where all of this happens and where the 3 pt lever connects to.

You can also try to spray some lubricant of your choice. It should help things out but eventually dry up.

if it sits outside especially, spray lube every moving joint it has.

Some quick lube spray did help. I'll look into the adjustment ptsg mentioned. Thank you all
