Are you going to sleeve that conduit through the slab? If not there is at least the possibility for the concrete to "grab" the conduit and make it float with the slab. Nice looking conduit work though.

Yes, the conduit will be "in" the concrete... Probably by almost a foot ,,,,

You may have covered this earlier, but what led you to go with shingles instead of a metal roof and to fully sheath the building in spite of being pole construction? I'm just curious about the drivers for those decisions.

I live in an association which has roughly 7 rules. The rules are mainly related to structures on the property. Size of home, shingled barn which has a matching front (brick) etc.... Aside from that when it comes to living in an association it's extremely lose. Not like some of my friends who have 100 pages of nonsense .... Essentially I live in a subdivision and it keeps from a trailer being placed next to my house and keep the value up. I could go on and on with the pros and cons but don't want to derail the thread.

Actually, now having shingles, I realize in the rain it will be much quieter. If there were no rules etc I'd have a tough decision wether I'd go with shingles vs metal. I like metal but they have pros and cons for both.
