Fitting are all in.

Approximately 30 yards of concrete used and it's all double rodded.

Sleeve for electrical is put in.

Sleeve for drain is put in just not visible from any photo. That is 4" scheduled 40 PVC.

Unfortunately this will now sit for a couple weeks until the builder comes back to start throwing it together.

As of this point, I am extremely pleased with the work.

The footings were all laser leveled which appeared to make that part easy.

Great progress. Shame about the rain, but at least it lets you know where the low spots are. What are you going to do with all that sand that they dug up trenching your footings?

Just gonna back fill and grade it in.. IF there is any extra, I'll just throw it in my fill pile. I keep several yards of fill hidden on the property in case it's ever needed( only about 20 yards or so)

It's up by the compost pile etc but not visible from the house. All seems to come in handy

Thanks, I'm hoping it comes out nice. I wish I could go bigger as everyone suggests, but it's the biggest that would fit in this area logistically ...

Trusses dropped off today! It for some reason seems like progress!

Anyone know how to edit the title of the thread? Since it's actually 16 tall and not 12'? If so, PM me
