325 JD-oil drain

The gizmo that is on the drain plug ,the end of it is deformed and I cant tunr it ??? Iwould just by another unit but I dont know what you call it,any in sight would be appreciated.

Not sure what the correct name is but should be able to purchase replacement from Deere of any good small engine shop.
