3046R not so quick attach

Loader is difficult to get back on and has to be lined up just right. This is difficult given how low the loader frame is on the tractor.

Surely I am not the only one to consider this a design defect?

Make a short video of what you are having a problem with, and likely someone can help you figure it out.

Assume you have the 320R FEL. Here is a video that includes info on this FEL, @ 1:14 and again at 6:14. Mention is made to remove FEL on level ground. Otherwise you may have trouble. Assume you already know that.

The design looks to be the same basic design that has been used since 1998 when I bought my 4300 and 430 FEL. It is a great design for quick off and quick on IMO.
So am thinking it isn't a design defect, just sayin..

I have a 3720 with a 300cx loader, same basic thing you have, and no issue here-certainly not a "defect".

Sometimes it helps to put the tractor in neutral to let it get pulled towards the loader when you install it.
