3032e electrical problem

I have an electrical problem with my 3032e. Dealer said it was a dash board problem after 4.5 hrs of testing (whatthe heck? it took them 4.5 hrs to test a dash and fuse panel? and charged me $382.5??) Anyone have this problem before??
