does it meet M2C134D spec? Most generic UTF's do...

It meets 134C spec., not the newest 134D spec.
what are you putting it in? Helps to mention that. If it's a ford / NH product from about 1998 or earlier.. it likely specs the 134C fluid...
if it's your ford 1979-1983 era model 1900 then it's more than fine.
