Oil & Fuel 3000 wont start

I have a 69 ford 3000 diesel. Its not starting, I replaced injection pump last year , and also all the injectors.
It started 2 weeks ago and when I backed it out it cut off . Like it was starving for fuel. I've had problems before with the filter on the fuel shut off valve but it was clean this time. Any suggestions

Check for good fuel flow from tank to inj pump. My Ford 6700 has stopped up at fuel tank outlet.

O OK. I will try it. I lossened all 3 lines and only had one line letting fuel out

I once owned a 3000 Ford that I could bleed the injectors several times with still a no start condition then attach tow vehicle and tow it. It would start in less than 10 ft of towing.
