3 pt hitch stuck

put fluid in after washer blows now 3 pt hitch up will not lower cannot turn knob for the adjustment and ideas

Which way did you turn the knob?

Counterclockwise will open the valve and adjust the descent rate.

Clockwise will lock the 3pt for transport.

Sometimes parts rust up and jam things.

Remove the screw rod and knob and see if any fluid comes out.

Did you activate the 3pt lever to see if the relief would come on?

There might be other parts in the hole, if not a needle valve.
