I want to lift and move some mid-size rocks using 3 pt
Is there an inexpensive way to hook up the chains? And
if I use a cross drawbar (holed drawbar) what happens with
the upper link? Let me know if you have any suggestions/pic
I've read about chain busket and plywood dragging. So my question is where and how to attach chains to 3pt. Thanks.

Look at a quick tach design, and use the top hook to attach the chain. It will lift higher, but will require weight on the front of the CUT. Be careful.
quick tach thread

One of several threads showing the use of the 3 pt.

Thanks for the reply. I've been looking at quick tach thread
but can't picture how the thing look like. It's probably more
expansive than a cross drawbar anyway. Anything wrong with
just using cross drawbar?

Before I got my new tractor with the FEL, we used to use a carryall from TSC. It only cost about $70 or so and you can get an old skid and roll the rock onto it. I tried the chain thing to but it didn't work for me.
